Mar de Gloria was born from that certainty. Domingo in the kitchen, Beatriz on the floor. Eleven tables. No anonymous team, no distance between the person cooking and the person eating.
The cooking is honest and methodical. There is nothing on the plate that does not need to be there. The wines are chosen to be enjoyed, not to impress.
The service is friendly because we know from our own experience what people miss when they go out to eat. A small restaurant allows us to take care of details that are lost in other formats.
